Chanukah 2025 / חֲנוּכָּה 5786

We begin this year's Hanukkah festival, which is celebrated on the day of the eighth and last candle in the community, with the Mincha prayer and candle lighting in the synagogue. Afterwards, you can look forward to a reception in the community hall:

• A exuberant get-together among friends,
• One Culinary journey into Israeli cuisine with Mr Balassiano, the owner of Cafe Mugrabi in Berlin. He conjures up tasty samples from the vegetarian kitchen and explains the specialities of kosher food,
• Rehearsing together and Singing Hanukkah songs with Schlomo Rottman,
• If the mood takes you Dreidel game compete for chocolate coins,
• With a glass of wine, latkes and sufganiyot to the gentle sounds of the Jazz duo The Prospektors listen.
